love east coast big rocks. more than many west as they have green growin on and round them......

Today’s 5miler we did!! Beat the rain and the skeeters sure were thirsty!!

No. Never fished them. Most of the time they are really shallow. Never saw anyone fishing there either.

Completed a 10 mile hike today and remembered to post pictures from it. I set a goal for this spring/summer/fall to hike 100 miles in total. Not so much to physically push myself, but more to take the time to complete hikes. I hope I'll have to up the mileage goal at least once before the end of the year.
Knives: Fallkniven r2 scout, Spyderco native 5 LW, and Victorinox swiss champ.
In addition to the toads and turtles, I spotted chipmunks and squirrels galore, a sandhill crane, a few red-tailed hawks, a few red-winged blackbirds, and a stray cat.

This is Bugaboo falls in British Columbia. It’s not really a hike but a steep trail down to the falls.
