Today’s hike we did. Beautiful partly sunny day!! 5 miles and for some reason really beat me up bad!! Hiked this relatively easy trail many times but it got me today!!
Still as always it’s Great to be out!!

My Thanksgiving family festivities will be tomorrow, so today I went out for a hike. About 35 degrees with a light breeze, but sunny. I hiked 6.2 miles.

Blade for the hike was a Sebenza, of course.

Took the kids on a hike. The spillway was flowing strong! Stopped to make some tea and coffee.

Was a decent morning hike, walking off all the food and a hangover, at least the "feels like" temp was a balmy 21°F

He was also walking off all the extra food from yesterday, I'm a sucker for him:

Sunny and 29°F today, with a light dusting of snow overnight:

28°F and attempting to snow again today, instead it was sleet, but I do find it quite calming to be in the woods listening to the sleet hit the leaves on the ground (plus no guns going off, no hunting on Sundays in Maine, made it a very quite hike:

Yesterday we started rifle deer season until the 13th.

Finally made it out to the border mountains to get some hiking and single track! Beautiful evening for a 3 mile hike!

Slow going today, forgot the spikes and the musher's secret for the pups pads..

Poor dude had major snowball issues on his feet, his legs were essentially "casts" after about 40 minutes
