BLADES & PANTS........

I ordered an extra sheath from Ragweed Forge for a project I'm planning but discovered instead that it fit my Navman field knife. So I wet formed it and rubbed it down with oil once it dried.

Not much to look at yet, but I like a blank slate that will pick up patina over time.

Aren't all chaps ass-less? If they are ass-full then they'd just be regular leggings, right?
We in the western world use the term leggings to incorporate all chaps as there are so many kinds, my friend. Shotguns, batwings, bells, Tx Bells, Az Bells, step ins, charmitas, chinks, armitas etc. Kinda a funny pic the customer from the last set of leggings I made sent me a few days ago

I've made hundreds, and hundreds of pairs of leggings, all have been ass less. Now back to our regular programming.........

Whatever worx!!!! I'm easy...😁
Well here's my pants and my slip 😂😂

PDW Raiders pants, this is the canvas version but I have some of the other more lightweight materials too. They are all the same, but with different material/weight options. I've been looking for someone to autistically spaz about my pants to so this is great. I can't say enough good things about these, they are amazing. Dedicated knife pockets on each leg, so I can carry giant Shiros without interfering with my keys or other stuff in my pockets. Expensive , but very high quality . Made in San fran, triple stitched, insane amount of well thought out pockets, hidden pockets, big YKK zipper, custom slotted buttons, they are the only pants I've worn for months now.

I always keep my ABW slip joint in my Sage Grouse Leather slip in one of the secondary front pockets as well. My primary knife in the dedicated edc pocket on the right, and my Convoy T3 flashlight in the same pocket on the left. Sage Grouse does incredible leather work, he uses all USA made heirloom leather stamps and tools to hand-make all his patterns, all hand painted. I've carried this daily for 6 months and there has been no degradation of the detail. I love his stuff, I commissioned a custom bifold wallet from him and I also have another cool piece arriving today. A leather knife folder/folio/binder for 6 knives, with custom tooling and such.

Nice leatherwork.

Thank you!

Nice leatherwork.
I agree, I think he does awesome stuff. Here are a few other examples of his work if interested. He does plain stuff too, but his tooled work is his signature IMO.

Here is that knife folio thing I was talking about, I really like these as a way of storage for my nicer pieces. I have a more plain one that I've been using, but when i noticed these were on sale, I had to buy it since I have been lusting over it for a long time. Not sure why it sat, languishing at TPK for so long, maybe people just don't like leather work and knife folio's as much as I do. But he made a couple of these as custom requests for TPK, they were expensive because they use high quality material, and alot of work and effort went into them. But I guess because of the price tag, they just sat there. The sale price $230 is more than fair, there are wallets that cost much more and don't have near the amount of work put into them. Coincidentally I bought my tooled slip on sale as well.

Here is the other one which is still available, using hatch Buttero, these are the only two he's made.
