I picked that book up when I was overseas in the Marines. It was a good read. I loaned it to a couple of guys then it disappeared. It'd be worth finding another copy.

It’s pretty good! It’s a mix of Abbey biography and personal development of the author. It’s definitely worth your time. BTW, the author did a TEDtalk about himself/Abbey/and the book. It’s available on YouTube, IIRC.
