Bm 710 m4??

I just got the call from KnifeWorks, and I landed an M4 710 after all...WoooHooo!

Evidently a few people that got on the list didn't take their knives so a few lucky ones like me who just missed out are getting a second shot.

I'm stoked! I hate missing out on an awesome knife deal, and the 710 is one of my favorites. You won't see this one on the Exchange.

I was one of them . . . I had two on reserve but bailed.

I got 181 of 300.Oiled the joints,wiped it down with a Tuf-Cloth & put it back in it's box.Then into the safe.

I figure I'll wait 1,2,3 years or so & try & trade it for a nice Sebbie!;)

That's was a good idea. How did yours come out?

P.S. I'm a huge Gun-Tests fan too ;)

If I could have gotten my hands on two of them, one would have become a Queen. However, no dice. One per customer on the few that are left, and of course that's the way it should be.

Oh absolutely!Believe me,I asked;).I'm not a big fan of recurves in general.I bought this solely as an investment piece. After losing $100's buying & selling knives for years,I think I made good decision with this one.Only time will tell.

I'm quite happy with mine ;):D

Agree about the investment potential. If the M2 version is any guide, these should appreciate rather quickly.--Especially considering they made far more in M2 than CPM-M4.

I managed to score a 2nd one for $150. My plan is to sell one when they get to $300 or so, and keep the other as a sort of "free" knife. :)

I just picked up one in trade and got it in the mail today. I love 710's this is my fourth...I have a 710BKD2 as one of my EDC's and am not sure if I'll use this M4 version. I may just tuck it away for investment purposes. In the meantime, Benchmade did pretty well, the blade is centered and shaving sharp. I just wish the knife was done in Micarta instead of G-10, which would've made it more interesting. Still it's a very nice knife, and #135.
