Mine was wonky too, but I figured it out. I received "R123456789RU", but by doing a little digging I added an A after the first R and got "RA123456789RU" that worked. I'm assuming you have a similar problem? Mine took 10 days to get to the USA. Should be getting my package today, will update with pictures.

EDIT:
Just saw you're Canadian, try "RR123456789RU" - R is Canada's international code. Insert the numbers Igor gave you for the 1-9.

EDIT 2: They're gorgeous. Pictures to follow in daylight tomorrow.

Thanks man, I figured it out shortly after that post. Long day, tired, and just wasn't following the instructions properly. I just checked again and it looks like mine is still at a postal facility somewhere in Russia.

Ordered: brown canvas micarta / gold anodized standoffs / right pocket tip-up carry / lanyard hole for a Benchmade 558-1401 Ritter Mini. Igor was quick to respond and a pleasure to speak with. Shipping took 14 days Russia to Upstate NY. Installation was a breeze, they fit absolutely perfectly, took about 15 minutes. The micarta has already begun to darken with the oils from my fingers, the Benchmade BlueLube cleanser and lubricant I used on the liners, and the mineral oil I applied to the blade and kangaroo leather lace lanyard. The weight and handle thickness feel approximately the same as stock, but the texture of the micarta is much more pleasant and it feels sturdier than the Noryl GTX. I installed a stripped black painted Benchmade deep carry clip, and the retention in pocket is adequate, if slightly less than the more textured original scales. I'm very happy with these scales, they've completely transformed the character of the knife, and I'm already contemplating ordering some more scales from Igor in jade ghost G10 or carbon fiber for my Benchmade 556 Mini.

Just got my scales today.....

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!!!

Fit and finish are superb and he even sent along a few extra screws which is a nice touch. I simply could NOT be happier!! My mini-grip just became my favorite EDC knife.

Thanks so much Igor, just can't praise the work enough!
