  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

BOLO: Seeking A Poached Bose BLADE'13 Lottery Zulu Spear (Ivory & Hanson Damascus)...

Good eye spotting a simlar knife, but the pattern on the etching of the bay knife doesn't match the knife in the initial post. I can't make out the maker stamp, but I am pretty sure it isn't Bose. Maybe Dr T?
Edit to add....I see you beat me to the ID!!

Extremely good spotting, Nav....thank you for keeping a good eye out - surely the guy who did this isnt that much of an idiot to ever show the knife again, I just matched the Circular patterns in the Damascus directly under the nail groove to the photo shown in the op and there does seem to be a difference????

I could never enjoy the use of that knife- after actually paying for the knife - so hes a dumb thief for a start because he can NEVER show the knife in public - and with a knife like that- wouldnt you just HAVE to do this!!

I could only imagine if someone took one of my beloved knives.... words in Traditionals could not express my feelings or actions I would take when upon a chance meeting with the individual.

I am so so sorry for everyone concerned here - I hope in some way you have a good time this Christmas guys, but to the thief - words are not in order.

I was just thinking, I love to show off my acquisitions to fellow knife nuts. Not everyone will go nuts over your particular pattern or maker, but everyone would go nuts over this knife. You can't carry it, you can't display it, you can't show it off to your knife nut buddies.

navin74, it's definitely not the same, but regardless, thank you very much for lookin' out.

giant1, there's really nothing I can do. It's in a black hole for now, it was paid for...not by me...but at least Mr. Bose wasn't robbed on it. I have another now, it's twin, and also a true beauty with many thanks to Mr. Bose... Really though, a person who would poach a lottery knife out from someone else like this should be known and kept an eye on, as all shady people should be. Obviously he knew its value...would he have stolen it if the opportunity presented itself and he thought he could get away with it? I'd like to keep him from selling it. I'd like to chew him out in person for being such a ****stick for poaching the knife...but that aside, I really just think he owes Mr. Bose an apology and the option to buy the other ZS back. Mean people suck...that's about the long & short of it.

Happy New Year to you both, and to all here on Bladeforums. :)
