I just got a call from my dad. Danged fool wrecked his 4wheeler again and broke some ribs and his back, again. Nothing permanent, he'll be fine, but I suspect the quads will be going up for sale soon.

I had a call like that years ago, dad busted his collar bone and some ribs. Wish your pop well for us!! :o

The puppy let me get a couple more pictures.... Well he took a nap and that let me :D

He doesnt have a name yet.... Hell the wife doesnt even know i got him yet... I didnt ask her or tell her. She works at the hospital till 9 tonight, prolly get home after 10pm... She might get upset, but im thinking once he jumps on her and attacks her with a million licks she will get over it.... MAYBE!!

And i built this rack thingy to hold my little boat and kayak. Used scrap wood i had laying around so its not perfect but cost NOTHING!!

Didn't have any orders so I made these and put them up for sale today. Thought I'd show you guys. Most of the OG BH's appreciated my work and I'm sure you can notice how it's changed over the years.

Well, I'm a proud Jeep owner. Freakin' love the thing. I took it for a test drive, and it beat the crap out of me, haha. Loved every bump. Reminded me of the good ol days.

Congrats Dubz! I've been eye balling the 94-96 Cherokees 4.0 litter, four speed, 4*4. I like that body style and what you can do with them.

Have fun with the new ride bud!!

The new puppy!! He is too busy checking out his new home to let me get a really good picture, but he is VERY friendly and loves jumping up on us, he also likes to chase our hands and attack them LOL

Thanks man. I like the Cherokees too. I like that boxy look. I went and looked at one, but the kid lied to me about it. It was a pile.

cute pup -- I highly recommend feeding him "large breed" puppy food, it will help prevent some joint issues as he grows.

Sweet little dog WW. I'm sure your misso will be fine. Then again, she might make you camp out with him and Neko as well. Hope not.. And hey, I'm real sorry to hear about Curts cuz. Truly tragic. I know you and Curt are tight. My thoughts are with him and you bud. I'm sure Curt will be happy to have someone like you to be there for him..

And sorry to hear about your old man too hoss. Hope you he recovers quickly and stays off them quads. All the best to him..

You had another kid without asking the wife?
*lol*
Where's that eating-popcorn emoji on this forum?

Thanks fellas. The wife didn't get upset she just rolled her eyes and then she put him in her lap lol

We named him Leo. Short for Leonidas.

Hey Bladite, what's with that moved thread 'Beckerheads first'? Went to have a squiz but it wouldn't let me in. Just curious what it was about..

Congrats Dubz. Stoked for ya. Now go filthy it up!

closed and moved sales thread apparently. wasn't me.

looks like he went and did it again.

read the rules people.

I'll be getting that kayak I was wanting tomorrow. Not sure what kind it is but it's supposed to be a pretty nice one... but it's leaky. Anyone ever fixed a leaky kayak? How difficult is it?

What is the kayak made from? If it's a plastic one (which I'm assuming most are) you could patch the crack using fibreglass and resin. Or if it's just a small hole maybe some steel putty. These are only guesses. Not sure how reliable either of those methods would be but I'm guessing it would be better than just using Band Aids..

Maybe get some of that spray-on fixit stuff, like they used on that TV commercial where they cut a big hole in the bottom of a flat bottom john boat and patched it using a screen door and the spray stuff?

Depends on how many leaks... The size of the area it's leaking in from too...

Plastic welder maybe... some are not too expensive... Under 20 bucks... Some cost big money...

Or check boat repair shops and some offer plastic welding.

One small leak... I'd try some rtv silicon maybe... Putty... I doubt either would be a permanent fix though. I know a guy who used that black weather stripping putty stuff in a small hole on a canoe once... Kid shot it with a pellet rifle.... But before every trip to the water he filled it and kept Putty in that canoe. Always. Just in case.

Too many leaks I'd prolly avoid the headache.

Are you buying it? Or free? If free then not that big of a deal..

Kayaks. Mine on bottom right. One is Curts. The other 2 are my father's... Well he gave me the green one and gave one to Curt...so they were his as well...

Now he wants a new one... Standing platform and more space... So i built my own little rack at my house so he would have room for the next.

Been using kayaks longer than i can remember. My green one is close to 20 years old. Still kicking.

Cute pup, Woody. Leo looks like a fun one. Neko ought to ingrain in the pup's head that he's the bigger dog now before it's too late. :D

Everything comes and goes in waves with me, so it seems. A certain period I need Beckers or fixed blades, another period I get a craze for flashlights or zippos, and now it's folders. But DAMN it's always something. My wallet has no rest. Just ordered a Kershaw Skyline, Leek and an Ontario Rat 2. Wanna expand on the budget folder realm. No fancy versions, just the basics.
