Well, I'm a proud Jeep owner. Freakin' love the thing. I took it for a test drive, and it beat the crap out of me, haha. Loved every bump. Reminded me of the good ol days.
 
Still got my first Jeep I sort of regret the steering wheel delete mod but hey you win some you lose some

Hey Bladite, what's with that moved thread 'Beckerheads first'? Went to have a squiz but it wouldn't let me in. Just curious what it was about..

Had a splendid evening yesterday. We still have this 'club' of friends from high school with whom we still often meet and get together. Yesterday we were enrolled for a 6km walk in a nearby town with 7 stops on the route. At each stop, you got a little something to eat but the main point of interest was that this walk was actually a beer tasting . At each stop there was a different Trappist beer to taste, so I'm the end everyone had tasted all Belgian and Dutch Trappist beers. In chronological order: Achel, Westmalle, Orval, Westvleteren, Rochefort, Chimay, La Trappe and Zundert. The glasses were 15cl glasses but in the end that still equates to 4 whole bottles of Trappist beer south an evarage alcohol content of 8. So needless to say my friends and I had a lot of fun...

Was up late last night trying to figure out how to mount some lights on the "Gar Getter" Aka "Kayak killer" aka "Creek Creeper"

Ended up using a tiki torch pole and just bolted the bracket to it, and they fit inside the tie off holes.

Doesn't look amazing but works!

Now Just need to add longer wires so i can wire them up to the front battery. Keep the trolling motor as the only thing running off the back battery.
 
I think we will be adding an addition to the family today. Going to look at some puppies here in a couple hours. Labrador and English Mastiff mix. Pictures are adorable. "Hopefully" I'll have a picture of the one we bring home later today.
 
I just got a call from my dad. Danged fool wrecked his 4wheeler again and broke some ribs and his back, again. Nothing permanent, he'll be fine, but I suspect the quads will be going up for sale soon.

Glad it wasn't worse bro. Hope he heals quickly. Accidents happen in less than a second and any you can walk away from is a blessing.

Curt's cousin past away last week. Car accident. 34 years old. He went to the funeral yesterday. Sad. So young. I knew him since high school but never really hung out with him. Still it was sad.
 
The new puppy!! He is too busy checking out his new home to let me get a really good picture, but he is VERY friendly and loves jumping up on us, he also likes to chase our hands and attack them LOL

Labrador and English mastiff mix. 8 weeks old.


Neko doesnt seem to have a problem with him, well except one time when the puppy ran up to Neko's food bowl Neko made a little growl sound so i put Neko in another room with his food bowl. This dog will be his size in no time and then 4-8 times his size full grown. The puppy just wants to lick all over Neko and Neko let him for a while and then he walked away.


Taking him to the vet in the morning to get checked out. The adoption place said he had his first shots and dewormer already but i still want to go get him checked out. Has a potbelly and i just wanna make sure its not due to worms.... And more due to the fact he likes to EAT!! LOL
