Glad to hear Boosay is on the mend. That's even better news than new INFI. Speaking of new INFI...:D

Glad to hear Boosay is doing better! Here's hoping for a speedy recovery!

OH NO! I just saw this and am so sorry. I know the pain....

I am glad things turned out as good as they did.

A cloud of smoke and a Halo of prayers for your family:)

Now where is that cat;)

he's a cutie for sure.
I love the webcam idea for keeping an eye on him during the day.

don't forget to post pics when he's better.

There's a troubling history here with Amy's cat, Willie B. . . . . Willie used to be the Busse Combat Shop Cat. . . The local Sheriff's Dept. knew him by name after he set off his share of alarms at 3:00 in the morning by jumping up onto some of the motion detectors. All in all though, he acted more like one of the guys in the shop than a cat. In short order, Amy pretty much adopted Willie and made him the "upstairs office mascot" where he would hang out all day with the girls of Busse Combat.

It wasn't long after being spoiled rotten by the girls upstairs that the shenanigans began! . . . . Anytime one of the guys would leave Amy's office, Willie would wait for them to get on the stairs and then he would help them along their way by jumping up on the back of their legs and giving them a shove down the steps!!!

Oh sure, we fired a few .50 BMG rounds at him from my office, but that cat was quick and it seemed like nothing would deter him! . . . It also turned out that the .50 BMG rounds weren't too good on the steps either!!! ;)

Finally, after a few months of "Staircase Ninja Attacks", it was decided that Wilbur needed to go before someone really got hurt. Amy decided to take him home and the office stairs became a lot safer at the Busse Compound.

Now, I know that I'm just speculating, but I think Ol' Willie B. is up to his old tricks and probably launched a "Staircase Ninja Attack" on little Boosay!!!

Seems like the only solution to the problem is for Amy and Mr. 0 to move into a ranch home with no basement!!!. . . . No stairs. . . No problem!!!!

Here's to a quick recovery for Boosay!

Cheers!

Jerry :D

I know alot of you are reading this and thinking Jerry is being funny but what is so funny is that he is telling the truth....

Willie B. has pushed me down the steps (I sprained my ankle) before and he has tried to off Troy many times. We (The vet included) honestly believe that Willie "Ninja jumped" on her... he has done it before. Just wanted to let everyone know that Willie is locked in the basement while we are away at work:D

Thank You everyone for your kind words.

XOXO

Ms. Amy, trust me when I say my wife and I know exactly what your saying about the critters. We couldn't have kids either so our attention went to our cats and dogs. Sorry to hear about the pouch and hope Boosay is doing better!!!

im glad shes ok,i know how it feels.my dog of 11 years, max,is in heaven now.i had to have him put down because of inoperable stomach cancer.hes got a grave on my property with a headstone and flowers and all.it was devastating, and a painful decision to make.

I feel the same way about my little pug honey...having no children she is the closest i have to one. I know the terror when our little ones are hurt.

I'm sure everthing will be ok, all the best,

Jeff Ps willie is just jealous of boosay because dog's have bump like eyebrows and can show expression and emotion better! cats don't..just those whisker thingys lol
Let me know if you want me to send my little clown honey over to cheer up boosay??

I look at this and my heart leaps. I hope poor little darling Boosay is doing ok.

I would hate for anything to happen to Murray. Just couldn't bear it.

Give her a big smooch from us Amy.

She is doing well:thumbup:

.

Sorry to hear about Boosay, sounds like he is doing O.K. now, thats great!

We have a cat that was attacked about 8yrs ago by a coyote one night. He was partially paralyzed from the chest back for a short time, but ended up fully recovering after a couple of months. He was sooo pissed for awhile because he kept slipping on the hardwood floors, so we had to put towels down so he could get around. I think he used up a couple of his nine lives on that one.

Feeling pretty sorry for Boosay, here in Virginia.:(

That pup is lucky to have you.:)

Smoke and prayers going up!

thoughts are with you from our house as well. The furkids are really dear to us so we know it would be just as hard if were a DNA kid. Best wishes.

Sorry to hear about Boosay - I didn't even want to read this thread, but glad she is doing better. We have lost a few dogs to cancer in the last few years (one that was too young, but it is never easy) and we get scared every time one of the gang even comes up limping (we have 23 - my wife's sled team + a few retirees and full-time house dogs). They are definitely part of the family and the best thing is that Boosay has a good person at her side.

best wishes to you both

Damn, Amy...I'm so sorry to hear about what must have been a GUTWRENCHING experience. I hope Boosay pulls through with all four of her little legs and is happy and healthy soon.

XO
