Very nice slicer/carver John.

It would go well with this desk knife you sold me a while back, which I have used as a paring knife. :D

This is the first one of these that T has made since the Case XX prototype. It is stamped "Prototype", made of CPM-154, old bone covers, and stainless hardware throughout.

That Norfolk is a beauty! Somehow I like it even better than the XX Proto. It must be the nice old bone!

Almost every time Tony and I talk about the contruction of a Norfolk knife, I talk myself out of trying it. I have other stuff to do, right...yet, it calls like a siren...maaaaaake meeeeeee....maaaaaaaaaaaaaaake meeeeeeeeee :D That knife is just plain seductive!
