Here are some pics of actual chicken eyein' going on at WW. (The raccoon was off that day, so no pics of CFing.) Just goes to show the lengths these guys go to in order to make such fine knives.

Yeah, you're right. Technically males are roosters or cocks and females are hens.
But usually males are called roosters and females are called chickens. Then again, they might do things differently in Indiana.

I live in rural Colorado, so I'm familiar with what they are called, but "Rooster Eyenin" and "Hen Eyein" don't sound as catchy as CE. Although I have heard "You sure got a purdy beak" on occasion...
