I love this knife, i prefer traditional handle materials but the micarta on this knife pattern is just where it needs to be.

Nicely contoured, great ergonomics and the micarta is impervious to damage

First, I can't believe I forgot to share this with you all...
Funny story.... I told my wife for weeks that we weren't getting a basset hound. I received a phone call from my uncle for a lead on a Swayback that he heard about. It took me 1.2 seconds to say yes. The only hesitation was because I knew that this would be certain defeat in the fight against the dog. We compromised and got a dog. Wife couldn't wait to tell me that she knew what to name him... Wilfred.

Awesome knives Al and Gerry! Gerry, those stag LC's and Zulu have me all hot and bothered!!

Interesting observation: many of the most recent pictures have come from collectors who are in their early to mid 30's...just a fun reminder to all you cranky old timers that not all of us young whipper snappers are chasing after the latest greatest tactical knives

It's OD green canvas micarta Gerry. I do have a Wharncliffe Trapper in Westinghouse Burgundy/Maroon Micarta though.
