Bose Knives

Hey Charlie! How is my favorite Canuck doing these days? I haven't been on BF in a while. Need to catch up soon. We had some fun times with the old dog back in the day. Have a lot of pages to sort through on here, but I hope my buddies (Robuck, Gus, Kerry, etc.) are still hanging around.
Great to see you, Campbell. I was thinking of you recently.

All:

It has been a while and I thought I would post a few of mine. From the top, a huge 5.5" Kerry Hampton Coke Bottle in D2, a 4.5" Tony Bose Backpocket in 440V with a flush joint, a 4.5" Reese Bose Anglo Saxon Whittler #0, a 4" Tony Bose Coke Bottle in 440V, the original Tony Bose 4" Wharnecliff Trapper #0 in 440V, and a one of one Tony Bose Clip Dogleg in 440V with a match striker pull. Tony told me he broke his tool to make the match striker in 440V for me. Thanks to John Hanlon for hooking me up with a couple from Tony direct, to Vince Mazzei for hooking me up with a couple more out of his collection, and to the BladeForums community for hooking me up with the rest. These are my larger knives, bigger than I usually carry.

(Just for your enjoyment. None of these are for sale. I will post some others in the future. sc)

A Campbell sighting. One of the original Bose Hos! We had a blast at Blade those many years ago. I'm still in touch with Kerry and emailed Riad when Tony passed. Good seeing you post. You need to post pics of your Bose knives sticking into various objects.

About as rare as a Robuck sighting....good to see everyone back :) Blade will never be the same.

Man......talk about a lack of posts these days!!!! I figured I would post about a lack of posts just so there is a recent post :)

Quiet around here. This little beauty should get a rise even out of the Old Bose Guys.

A recent trade checks a lot of my boxes: Tony Bose. Sharp 440V. Trapper. Remington Bone. Perfect but not so perfect you have to baby it.

A lot of checks and the perfect trade. My lucky day. This is not our first trade and it won't be our last. Thank you Mr. D.

I've seen Charlie use the phrase "grade 'B' ebony"... Well, I think this may be grade "C" ebony, lol.

I never tire of admiring these knives. I am never too busy to "like" them online when I have been fortunate to own a few and when I love them all in real life.

I have some favorites that I could repost and I would encourage the super collectors to do likewise. This thread is beginning to falter. For the love of Tony and Reese, and Kerry Hampton, we can't let that happen.

A remarkable curation, shows the range & variety, Father & Son
.
Particularly struck by that Anglo-Saxon, very rare pattern that I've only ever seen on catalogue pages, look how uncompromisingly straight the blades are under Reese's direction
