Boss Jack in Hand. Am I first?

pmsayre153,,,i see you have the proto and production boss jacks.how is the edge thickness on the new release compared to the proto?is it thinner at and right above the edge or similar to the proto?

My question is simple. Is the edge the same/as good as the CABS? That is my new baseline for edges. It is also why I ordered 3. It will be my grail knife.

As you asked. The CG IS thinner at and above the edge than the proto. I believe that the complaints about the thick edge on the proto have been addressed and folks will love the production models. Don't have an LE but at .180" (compared to .220" ) it should be an even better slicer than the CG.

Mine was supposed to be delivered this morning...he signed at 8:30 this morning...

He didn't knock/doorbell....GRRR not the first time. Oh well Ill pick it up tomorrow.

My mail carrier has been pulling the same stunt lately. I practically have to ambush the mail from the bushes in order to receive a package! So far the night vision goggles I purchased for this purpose have not helped so much as... blinded me. -But maybe if I try to see harder :eek:

I really can't wait for my Boss Jack to arrive. The Satin Jack has been THE Bussekin blade I have lusted over since discovering this family of knives. Now I get to score a BOSS Jack from the source! Only problem I'm having know is what configuration to order for my second.... :D

Man, I can't wait to get mine. Jungle Green with black G-10 is my first. Canvas micarta will be the second but haven't nailed down the rest just yet....
 
I think mine is a ways out, but I'm sure it will have healing properties when it gets here. New INFI cures so many ailments.;):D

great pics guys... cant believe they are coming out already. Be careful of what you wish for right... I was hoping to get mine asap, my wallet though was hoping my BJ's were coming normal time period. Man, they are cranking these out. What an amazing company!
