Correct me if im out of place or wrong.. but was/is there not a "mom selling pieces of her sons collection for him" posting in the forums recently.. is this the same said guy with multiple accounts on ebay and banned from here i wonder? Red backdrop in the posts looks very suspect , very minimal poor or incorrect descriptions ..

Dan is a POS. His response, when he sends you a knife with a defect or damage is, "send it to Busse and they'll fix it." He's right, they will, because they have the best warranty in the business, but it can take months and in the meantime you are without your knife. I offered to pay for the return shipping and take credit towards another knife. Nope. Oh, and beware his packing. The knife I wanted to return arrived with an inch of the blade tip sticking out of the side of the box. It's a wonder some poor postal worker didn't slice their hand on it.
 
He did say that to me last night! I was already talking with him about 2 other knives I was interested in by the time I received this knife and found the damage. Thankfully I hadn't paid for them yet. He has quit responding all together now and I'm on my own to fix it
 
Jerry and Co are good people and their warranty is second to none. I agree that you shouldn’t have to deal with this issue but should be the seller’s problem.

I will follow my Mom’s advice about the seller and abstain from further comment.
 
That’s a damn nice CS. But it should go back to that Malcontent via eBay’s pretty strong return policy. You have a very legitimate beef.

Get it done. Put it behind you. And obtain another knife through a reputable source. Good luck, Sir.

It's a lot like relationships. Just like women, Ive been through many and I love them all dearly but they werent a perfect match. But this one feels like a perfect match when I hold it in my hand

I am sure Busse will sort you out and I am glad that you have found your grail knife, but it must be said that LK is a POS!
He has screwed over Vets in deals and it pains me that the Busse community is cursed with him.

If you are looking for something specific in the future, buy it here. There is no better place than BF to buy Busse's.

I don’t believe you can - you could edit out your bits but then it wouldn’t make any sense. I’d just let it be until and unless you go ahead and attempt a fix - then please post pics. I’m personally rooting for the gold dust method posted above... :)
 
BusseNsmile. Yes. I well understand about being attracted to flawed women. Thankfully, fewer of those than the “solid” ones.

The joys of Messenger. I’m still in touch with two exes. One from the 1970’s, and one from the 1980’s. And on friendly terms.

I’d leave everything in this post. It’s legitimate Busse History.
