'Bout how many blades do you have?

i try'd to quote Moonwilson not sure what happened but yeah that's my answer too.
 
Last count was around 206 (knives, axes, swords, spears and a couple of impact Martial Arts weapons) but I have to update my list- and photograph everything. As others I am an accumulator- the whole purpose is to have as many different knives as possible. This allows me to have a good reference as to what I like/ dislike when designing my own, as well I can show people different terms, ideas ect. especially when I hear comments like "well it is not hard to make a knife right?" then I can show them what it takes to make a knife as opposed to just a sharpened piece of metal

somewhere around 200, not counting kitchen knives and the cheapies that I thought were really cool when I was 12
 
Let's just say a lot more than a sane person should have. :D
 
My personal collection and my inventory overlap so it's hard to say how many blades I have but it's well into the hundreds. I did my first knife trade (got 3 knives for 1) about 30 years ago and it just kept going.....
 
I've been reducing my knife collection lately. (Haven't had a steady job for bout 3 months). But I think I'm to the point that I don't care to have knives I don't use. As I sit, I have about 20 knives. I'm working on having only knives that I really love. I still need a few more, but I still have a few to sell/trade.

I would say I dont know exactly but its ALOT and probably the better half of the scale there or more. Almost every sak, alot of bucks, gerbers, case's not to mention BM's spyderco's, Kershaws, EK's etc...etc. I dont want to put up a # but its alot.
 
I think i have about 220ish, but thats including a few POS knives, I've bought when i was younger and i received as gifts. but i have more knives on the quality side then crap.
 
Well over 400, thanks to my Dad's hardware store :D !!! I bought the majority of them WHOLESALE !!!
