BTW, here is my brat recipe: 10-12 Brats; beer of choice (2 bottles); 10 medium red potatoes; 4 bell peppers, mixed colors, quartered; 2 large onions, quartered; 8 cloves garlic, crushed; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 1 teaspoon chile pepper flakes; 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cilantro. Simmer over medium heat until you can no longer resist the aroma and it is cooked through (test a potato to make sure). Serve with a glass of beer!
