How about "The Ringo"...
Since it has a ring and the handle
Is kind of pistol grip shaped it made
Me think of John Wayne as Ringo kid
In stagecoach...

Knife is heat treated, and I will make it once I get though current commissions and have some free time. In the meantime, vote in the poll! Whichever name has the most votes by the time I start the knife, will be the name of the knife any time I make it.

Late entry that just popped into my head. With the hole it's like a trick tanto, so how about Tantrick?

It has to be Tant-O.

Finger rings have long been part of martial swords for a thousand years . Back when people were fighting each other with sword to kill. Even some calvary swords designed and used from horseback had finger rings or thumb rings, so the successful use of them in combat has historical basis.

I've seen them on historical Polish Hussar sabers, Flamberge great swords, Small swords, rapiers, etc.

The finger hole seems big enough to be able to let go easily if needed.

Just put a nice chamfer on the edges, and good to go.

Of course, Zer-0 chance could also be the model name even without the tanto point...so
