I do stand corrected. I should've said "in my opinion there is nothing that can out perform an ESEE at its intended purpose by four times." I would agree that it all depends on what your looking for.

I used a Busse and a couple of other knives and compared their performance as well as the relative value of the warrantees. The other two makers compared well to the Busse and may provide one with an alternative.
