Bret Dowell Knives

Not sure what's up with your pics. If you're using photobucket or something similar, copy and paste the

I don't know either. I just took the pics off of my desktop, where I had posted them from my Photos, which are in Picassa.
 
Upload to a file hosting like photobucket or tumblr. Then right click and copy the 'image url' and paste it into the photo function. Good luck CLK, can't wait to see.

I guess I never posted my recent acquisition.

Another stunning piece of work by Bret. Can't wait till my order is up. I believe this was RDFinn's at one time.

Love the drop point with the long swedge and the long bomb fits the silhouette of the knife perfectly.

Yes'm Steve, matte carbon fibre covers and full steel liners with a mill relief. I have had linerless slipjoints in the past but they're generally smaller knives. This measures in at 4" Feels great in hand*

I bought the Brown Canvas Dowell from a fellow Forumite. The Yellow micarta LC, I got from Bret. Both knives have excellent fit and finish.

I went to edit mode and looked at your attachments. I don't have any way of retrieving an image from what you posted. I'd suggest using Photobucket as someone mentioned earlier.
 
Hopefully Bret doesn't mind me using his picture, but I have this one on the way.

Thank you Tim, its a black micarta bolster and barbed wire micarta cover. It came out even better than I imagined.

The fit n finish is blimmin excellent and the grind on that blade is simply stunning.........wickedly sharp :eek:

All very nice knives, gentlemen. Bret does a terrific job, and he is an artist. I'm on his list, somewheres on the bottom. A ways to go, yet.
