This knife is just under 3-3/4" closed,and just under 1/2" thick. It was my idea for a modified warncliffe trapper.It is based off Menefee's "Front pocket" frame,witch is Tony Bose' BP pattern,shrunk down. I asked a few makers to build something like this,I finally got Bret Dowell to master mind it.
I am quite pleased.These are Bret's pics .

enjoy these wonderful pics!! while I wait on this MASTER PIECE!!
nothing is better than a great Custom knife!! But it's even better
when you're good friend helps you and you meet another friend in the

When I got home yesterday, I had a this beauty waiting for me!!
The Hog Neck Trapper!! it's awesome! The action on this thing
is amazing! The grinds are great, it's razor sharp! The entire F/F
of the Knife is 2nd to none!!
Bret did a outstanding job!! I used his pics, I'm not very good
with the camera! But I'll try and take some this afternoon before
it gets dark!
Bret, Thanks for making such a wonderful knife!! It will get allot of
pocket time! Thanks for looking.

Congrats, Jason. Bret is one of the most talented of the makers out there (imho) and his work is a terrific value.
