Brick and Mortar GEC Knives

I wonder if there is a single dealer in my entire state that has a brick and mortar location that features GEC knives. I know there are a few dealers here, but I think they sell online exclusively.

I have to cross two state lines to get to my "local" knife store, and two more to get home.

I think being able to pick out a GEC in person makes the knife very special... it adds an "experience" to the purchase.

it does, but really you go there for the people as Charlie would say, its the people that make it fun and great. Some of the people I met at my first rendezvous are still there, and I dont talk to em every day like I do with my usual friends, but we pick up just like old friends all the same.

I think you are correct Jack . When you are there , you know that everyone there has Something in Common that they can talk about . Plus many people bring some of their knives to CE & CF and some of those knives will make your lower jaw drop . warrenwrench warrenwrench brought some Stag that was just very hard to believe .

I got to handle some GECs at a knife store in Pennsylvania one time but that is the only time I have ever seen them in a store.

This was my other rendezvous purchase. Brazilian cherry 86. It is tied with last year's forum knife as my favorite 86. (Stag is right behind 😉) However this one gets a lot of pocket time.
