Orange is gonna be my favorite I'm pretty sure. I do like the blue as well. Still haven't been contacted about my brown yet but I got in pretty late.
 
Just got mine today. What a nice blade - the fit and finish are top notch. No quality issues of any sort. And the brown color is nice and warm - I like it.

Just got mine today as well. Typical Spyderco beauty!! Fit and finish was spot on....no issues here. Love the smooth action and color is awesome. This will pair up nicely with my brown Mili :D
 
I got mine today also. It's very nice and I like the brown. It isn't as smooth and quick as my blue m390. No issues though.

Mine is the same way. Everything is pretty well perfect except it's just not quite as quick as my blue P2. Might have to take it apart and clean out some oil or something.
 
Well, didn't require any cleaning out after all. Just loosened the pivot ever so slightly and the blade now swings much more quickly/freely. And thankfully it didn't mess up the blade centering.
 
Me too :D. I feel like the last in line getting these "poop" Para's :p. Hope it's a good one!
 
I just paid for mine earlier today from Michael. I like S35VN. From my experience it holds its razor edge longer than S30V. Maybe thats just me.

I ordered mine from the same spot on Thursday night. It should be here tomorrow. It will be my first real Spyderco.

I know there was a big markup but I don't have a knife in s35vn yet nor brown G10. Might as well kill two birds with one stone.

My thoughts exactly. I just got mine a couple days ago, and it lives up to the hype. Egos are as good as I could hope for. Compression lock is great (not sticky). Blade is centered, and F&F in general is first rate. If I had to pick something to complain about it would be that the cut away to disengage the compression lock is a little to small for big hands and chubby fingers. Other than that I don't know how Spyderco can improve this knife. My sage 1 is going to have to take a back seat for a while.
 
How's the G10 texture on this one ? Is it like the Brown Military or is it coarse like the Blue M390 ?

I think you made a great choice and I think you'll love it. I don't think you paid a heavy markup buying from Knifeworks, btw. They're not the cheapest but they're far from the most expensive.

...The texture of the brown PM2 is like normal Spyderco G10, not like the Blue M390 model.
 
I had a few issues. Sent it back in today, no worries. I am sure it will go fine.
