Bruce I'm sure will be glad to answer questions..............

GREAT BALLS OF BEARHIDE!! It's outstanding Bruce. Is it a shooter? I'm overwhelmed.

Darrel - yes Bruce built it and it's my understanding that Jay Hendrickson did the inlay work.......
BTW - this is NOT finished yet.........

Bruce it is nice to see you get it done i have seen this from the begining looks outstanding
Sam Fogler

Sheesh! So that's what the Bumpster has been up to. Nothing like a reality check (on my part). Feels like I just started making knives all over again any time he makes something. Bruce... you ARE the man!

That is just truly amazing.

Is this the one Bruce started when he hurt his leg?

Wow , I remember he said he was going to do a cut/shoot.

gee gads Bruce
that one will fetch over a $100.00 :D
dang that's top notch Bruce and as usual pushing that envelope..

"Wow" seems to be the "Word of the Day". Can you post another pic of that Chuck? A full view would be much appreciated. Is the Hawk a slip in the barrel type apparatus? Looks like it could almost be a ramrod but I don't want to guess-tell us more man !  Show us more ! Outstanding job Bruce , such detail , almost sensory overload :)

WOW is right!!! Bruce, that is beyond inspiring. If i saw that in person i think someone would have to slap me to get my eyes off of it:) eyecandy galore. Thanks for sharing such incredible pictures.

OH man oh man! I got to handle the unfinished hawk at blade 2004, never did I imagine it'd turn out this well!

So, how's it shoot?:D

I also got to handle this piece before the inlay was done at Blade West this year. Brutis is what it is. Its a real handfull to say the least. I do hope it ends up in a museum so many can enjoy it!

Thanks guys for the nice compliments. This one will be the death of me. Ive been obcessed for over 2 years now with it. I still have several more days to go but there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel. I still need to make a 38 cal bullet mold that matches. It needs to be color case harded and carbona blued, rubies go in the eyes, almost all the screws will be replaced and hand made bronze rivets will hold all the bronze plates instead of screws. There is no finish on the wood yet either.
