I got a package in the mail today. This is what was in it.......*SATIN FINISH S30V DROP POINT BLADE WITH BCCI/BUCK TANG STAMP ETCH. NO NAIL NICK.
*FINGER GROOVED, NICKEL SILVER “BAREHEAD” FRAME WITH
PLUM PAPERSTONE HANDLE SLABS. NO HANDLE RIVETS.
*BLACK LEATHER SHEATH & BUCK LIMITED EDITION BOX
110CC PAPERSTONE
I am a little disappointed that the blade isn't stamped S30V on it though.:confused: Otherwise, very nice knives! They came earlier than I expected.:) I'll post pics later.

I too will be very disappointed if mine aren't marked as being S30V. :mad: I recall an instance where I questioned the validity of a dealers claim that a Vanguard was BG-42. Joe Houser's answer was that if it isn't marked as such, it isn't!
 
I have a Priority box from Jack F. and it has one 110 as described by Eric.
No S30V stamp.

Nice knife even so.

Yea, me too Dave. It should have been stamped IMO.
 
My mail hasn't arrived yet. So are these just not marked S30v or was the steel changed?

Well that's a bummer. I don't doubt that they are what they are supposed to be, but did it come with a COA or anything saying what the steel is? It may be hard in the future to convince anyone else that they are S30V with out something besides the newsletter!:(
 
I just happened to get word that they were going out on Tuesday, cant believe they are arriving already. Man I cant wait to get home. I ordered mine special in 420hc so I'm glad it doesnt have a s30v stamp:p
 
I understand I have 2 packages at home waiting on me. I assume one is this BCCI knife, the other a nickel silver bolster 110 I purchased. I also have an Alpha Dorado due for delivery by UPS today. Man, 3 in a day is going to be tough to bear! Banner Buck Day, if you will.
 
Mine just arrived and I'm very, very pleased with it. Question, I ordered and paid for two but only received one. Anyone else not get a their complete order?

Order two as well but only got one. I wonder if Buck did a partial delivery and Jack is getting everyone a single knife now?
 
ordered one received one....guess they can't cut them in half.....oh yea, steel type not ondicated on blade and no COA either.
 
Ordered 2 and got 2, not stamp or COA on either one. Nothing on the box to indicate s30v either, so I'm going to assume mine is S90V as I requested.
 
Order 2 (I think) got 2. I really like mine!

Date stamp is a bit odd the way it's sort of in the middle of all the other markings.

These are 110's, correct?

I did like that they are in Limited Ed boxes, didn't expect that to be honest with you for the price.

What was the price again? Was there steel options? I must have missed that, mine are not marked and maybe shouldn't be.

Overall, I really, really like mine! Neat/unique enough to be a nice conversation piece yet priced well enough that I don't mind carrying one! Wasn't a fan of the finger grooves in the past but like them on this one for some reason.

Very happy in the end!
 
I don't see 420HC as an option. I think old Fritzie is pullin' our leg!

6.01 ounces for this beauty (vs 7.17 for regular production 110FG)

Ordered three and received all three (two for son).

Completely tickled with the one I opened, pictured above. Very nice.
