The pin in the blade pivot and the pin in the rocker pivot are both unthreaded. So they are not too hard to knock out. After you knock a pin out, it is not usually reusable. So you either have to put in a new pin or replace it with a #5 screw (1/8" diameter) or an internally threaded barrel (1/8" diameter).

I'm sorry to both of you, stuck my nose in where it shouldn't have been. I was a tool & diemaker and I was thinking of the threaded barrel for the rocker. It makes things so much easier. So Sorry.
