Buck 110

I want that 110 for $35 too
Maybe even two
Link please

but
are you sure you all talking about real 110 with brass bolsters and wooden handles ?
Or just 110s slim plastic ones ...
It was for the standard brass and wood Buck 110 with leather sheath. We could not and cannot post links to where they were available at the price since the vendor is not a paid bladeforums vendor. We did, however, mention the name of the vendor eleventy million times over the last several months in multiple topics. Sorry you missed the deal!

Buy all
Then share with us
:^D
Believe it or not I thought I bought the last one at that price several weeks ago...

oh so now go and show a pic and rub it in, why don't ya...😉

I grabbed two while back earlier in this thread just cause of the price point going up. even at the 50 its still a deal.

I have to agree with you erudite and perceptive individuals. While $35 for a new Buck 110 was a steal, they're still an excellent value at $50-60.

If more people would use one to cut some stuff instead of just look at it and judging it by its weight and appearance, a lot more people would be singing the praises of the Buck 110 (and 112). Hollow grinds aren't cool anymore, but they work really well for . . . cutting stuff.

Been thinking about buying a Buck 110. Seems most places want $60 and Wally World has it for $35. What are your thoughts..walmart seems legit.
My god. Made in China/Invested in China Walmart is NOT legit. You spend money there, you fund your demise and the demise of this country. Same with Made in China/Invested in China Amazon. If you want a 110, get a 2 or 3 dot and you can find them everywhere for around $40 still. They are thicker, heavier with squared bolsters and have the better 440C steel. The 2 dots were made up to 1980 and the 3 dots were made in 1980-81. I've scored three of the 3 dots in prime condition, solid lock up and perfect blade centering on all three and all were right around $40. They also came with the 1980 sheath that rides lower on the belt, way better than the newer ones that ride high. Here is a great history on the 110 for reference and trust me if you get an older one you will agree with me that they are WAY better.

That was quite the rambling rant. 😒

Are you trying to say that the new 110s are made in China?

R Ruger 44 Redhawk They're are not made in China and never have been. There are many, many clones of the Buck Knives, Inc. 110 that are.

FWIW, they are now $60.00 at both my 'local' WMs...made in Post Falls, Idaho, U.S.A..

No that is not what I said. Giving your money to Made in China/Invested in China Walmart and Made in China/Invested in China Amazon and making them richer is the problem. Stop supporting those two WOKE corporations.

I didn't say they were Made in China. I said spending your hard earned money at WOKE corporations like Walmart and Amazon is the problem. Why make them richer than they already are.

Thank you for the clarification. Maybe it was a long day and my comprehension skills were lacking.

I respectfully disagree with your assessment that the old knives are "WAY better" than the newer models though.

With this thread being about the Buck 110, made in the USA. With the discussion of it being sold in WalMart, a USA corporation a major part of that discussion. I took your comments to mean you were saying that the Buck 110 now sold in Walmart stores to be maid in China. True meaning sometimes gets lost with internet conversation.

I agree that the newer 110/112 are better. I prefer the radiused models . The square corner models are uncomfortable in my hand and I’ve seen many that have dinged up corners. The only sharp part I want on a knife is the cutting edge. 😆
