I haven't seen one yet, so I'm not sure...I have looked at that 186 pic from eBay, showing the 186 stripped down...The 186 has a tapped liner/scale on one side...
But the 560 is riveted...so if you wanted to use a screw the same size as the rivet (I'm guessing 5-40), you'd have to plug the rivet holes on the back side of the 560 and then tap the plugs...or you could use a smaller size [2-56] and run a screw from both sides into a long 1/8" OD tapped stud...
And the 186 uses a special bushed rockerbar...not a standard 110 part...so if the 560 uses a 110 rockerbar, you'd have to build the metal up where the hole is to take a bushing...or just leave the screw loose...
I don't have the tooling precise enough to make 1/8" OD studs with 2-56 internal threads...and neither Jantz or Texas Knife have 1/8" OD studs long enough...
But I probably could press in a plug...and tap it 5-40...
So far, that's my thinking...

I can probably make a Titanium scale, though...Here's my thought on that: Strip a 110, mill the bolsters flat, make a Titanium full-length scale w/560 profile & 5 holes drilled through, assemble so that the brass liner is visible through the Titanium bolster...use 110 blade/rockerbar/spacer/spring for simplicity...tap one scale for 5-40, relieve the other scale for the head...deal with the blade & rockerbar pivots with some sort of bushing (still looking into that)...
Actually, I'm going ahead with this idea...if the Titanium proves too tough, I'll use 304 SS instead...
Finding the time is the big obstacle...
