There were about 50 of the Frontiersman made with the dark green handle band. The BCCI said the green was too dark so those were sold at the BCCI gathering. The lighter green band on the handle were etched with the BCCI logo on the mirror polished blade.

Thanks for the additional information. Mine sure seems dark, so those 50 'dark green' must be really dark! Also. it is not etched or mirror polished. I'm sure I bought it online, not at a BCCI gathering. :rolleyes: IDK
 
That Hoodlum is an awesome looking blade. Michael Myers should have been packing that instead of the Henckel in the Halloween flicks!
