No, you see to have trouble understanding me. You said if the Buck knifemakers were not as good as Kressler, Walker, and Moran, they would not work for Buck. Kressler, Walker, and Moran are considered some of the best knifemakers in the world. You are saying the knifemakers at Buck are some of the best in the world as well. They are not.



It is roundish, and not scuplted to fit the human hand. If someone feels my opinions are not valid just because they disagree, then I wouldn't want them to feel I have credit.

You should read a little more of what I have posted. I post a lot of non-arguementitive posts that are purely helpful. I do argue a lot, but it is always about knives. I like to discuss knives. I rarely posts just to make fun of someone, as you are doing.

I'm pretty calm too when i read your stuff. And i'm not upset either. I don't really think you're on topic at all, and if you really posted purely helpful posts then you should leave because you aren't helping here.

Well, when I feel it's deserved I'll insult whoever I feel like insulting. You may very well be at least partially "on topic", but you are insulting people just the same as the rest of us, even though indirectly. Everyone can have their own opinion, and we are obviously not going to change yours. However, I do not think you are giving buck all the credit they deserve for the knives they make. Their production knives work very well for average americans; They are not even meant to compare to knives that cost $400. Their customs may not be the best, but they are surely on par with all but the very most exclusive. Admittedly, It was ignorant of the man to say that Buck's are the best in the world, but that does in no way excuse your reaction to his statement. He may very well not be fortunate enough to have your $400 knives to compare his bucks to. I think that some of your statements are made simply for the sake of the argument and have little basis in fact, or even what you have decided is fact. This doesn't even come down to who's wrong and who's right, no matter how much you may like to think it does.

Good plan. But i bet hair won't ignore us, becuase he wants to argue, and i bet he will respond to this. Or he might not, simply so he can tell himself he didn't.
 
All I know is that there isnt any reason to keep it up with him, so im blocking him either way. I dont know why anyone else would be blocked though. Granted, I did kinda start it back up, but I just felt that the way he talked to the other guy wasnt right.

When discussing something with a non-native english speaker it would often be best to ask for clarification. I assumed Vassili meant that if you took one of the high end bucks it would compare well with any other similar production knife and even with customs. Plus he is an enthuastic fan of Buck which is obvious if you read his past posts. It used to be that when you came on a forum you would get to know the people posting before engaging, especially to such a direct extent. Unfortunately this is no longer the case.

Nice custom 110's. I never did like that knife much myself though you have to give the design credit for being so dominant.
