Burgers & Blades

Today I took the 30 minute drive to SMKW and fondled a bunch. Told myself that I had a limit of $100. Made the mistake of handling a ZT 0562CF. Way more than my limit, but once I gripped the handle I knew it was heading home with me. My first ZT, first flipper, and first experience with M390.



Burger is a 50/50 mix of sirloin and chuck, Williams Sonoma Hatch Serrano burger paste, Boar's Head CoJack, and a toasted French bun.

Cajun spiced egg, bacon, blue cheese, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, topped with Umnumzaan:thumbup:

Blues, if you're ever in the NW suburbs, check out Brandt's "the little cafe" in Palatine. Rt. 14 and Quentin road. Massively delicious.

Late response, but oh well...

I know right where that's at, I've never eaten there before though. I'll have to check it out. If you ever find yourself in Elgin check out Big Sammys (north of 90 on Randall behind the giant sushi place lol). It's the burger in my OP, it's an awesome little family owned place:thumbup:
