Thanks guys this thing is really sweet. Andy did an absolutely fantastic job on it!
This is my first one (but I've been wanting one for over a year) , and so far I am loving it.
The specs are...
8.75" or 22.25cm over all.
4.30" or 11cm Blade
4.50" or 11.4cm handle
5/32" or 4mm thick spalted O1 steel
nearly flat convex sabre grind
black canvas micarta liners and bolsters
Natural canvas handle scales
pins are natural canvas micarta and carbon fiber.
I really like that Andy uses so much 5/32 steel on his knives. I think those who have such a love affair with 1/8 blades have had totally different life experiences than I![]()
What is the height (widest point)of the blade?
Who made the sheath.
MAN - nice double welt! I want more pics of the sheath. Of COURSE the knife is hot - take pics of the pants man!
