Busse and Packs

Eberlestock halftrack with buttbucket, bow/rifle strap, & a 5.11 double mag pouch for a fire kit. The knife is a good ol' basic 11 in a mashed cat kydex with an Esee pouch tacked on. I've got the multi-pouch to match, but I never carry it. Love this pack, but paid a war pension for it. Bought the wife a past, present, future wedding band & a karat band to match & she got me the pack in exchange.

Knife is mounted vertical on the right side in one of the tube pockets. It hangs by a 1" stainless chain link from a D-ring in the pocket. Keeps it out of the way if I've got my bow or a rifle back there too.

The handle you see on the bottom is a hisshou that's attached to the bottom of the pack. I can remove it, or the AK47 with one hand very quickly, but the retention is 100% even if i'm moving around jumping up and down etc.

Maxpedition Sabercat with a cheapo Condor H-harness suspenders. I bought some small D-rings to attach the the Harness. Used 2, 3 inch tac ties to attach the suspenders to the front of the belt portion. It worked out awesome.

Oh and that Busse Nuclear Meltdown Fusion Battle Mistress :)

Molle attached scrap yard 1311 to a kifaru maurader.

I have an omnibelt coming for this, and about two weeks later I'll have the outside the wire bag (in black). Money is likely going to get a bit tighter, so right now this will be my only backpack/hiking pack until I can afford the composite stay mmr frame+ag2+cargo panel+pods+e&e - all in black. It will happen... eventually.

Got a new light hiking pack last weekend, took it on an afternoon stroll, really like it! I'll have to grab some pics.
