Busse Combat Is Proud To Introduce The Forsaken Kensei (FORK). . . . . It Is Coming, Friday, December 19, 2025, At 1:00 PM Eastern.

I am curious about the length of the blades on the swords of late. Did the longer ones not sell well as one might think? Harder to make in quantity?
I am pretty sure they are much harder to make in quantity, way more expensive and difficult to ship, and the amount of material is significantly more. That said, I am in for some big BUSSE swords.

I have :
-Ak47 infi
-Omg15
-Free rein28
-Tgs19

The SHORT BUTANIKU is what I’m waiting on .. this is nice option in SR101.. but SR3v works too
I was hoping for Foresaken Kensai blade length like the Swamprat FR28 when Jerry made the initial announcement but will take what I can get.

Forsaken Kensei Specs:
Blade Length: Approx. 16.125"
Overall Length: Approx. 26.375"

This’d make it almost like a marrying of FR Wakizashi blade length + FR 28 or TGS 19 handle length.

Long Butaniku is ~31-1/4” blade & 12-1/8 handle.
I would LOVE a long Butaniku!

Wowza! That's good looking. OTOH I have the OG Ruck Kensei, the mil overrun reissue, and the SYKCO short sword, so I'm good for now.

What is the OG Ruck ? I thought they only came sterile with desert shadow camo. ?

Pure baddassery!

I dont frequent this site much anymore, but I had to see what the talk was about.

About 18 years ago I had an ak47 and ruck. Beat the snot out of them for a long time. I cant remember but I think I sold one and one was stolen. Very hard to replace many years later and never wanted anything but INFI... I bought the F16 a couple years ago but wasn't my cup-of-tea. Was contemplating the TGS19 but didnt like the handle and straight blade. I'm glad I waited. I have 2 forsakens ordered. One to beat, and one just because. That LE option is going to be the "just because" one. What did I learn? Dont sell something you cant replace and don't leave your busse sword laying around a camp site.

Very old returning customer, been waiting for this drop a long time.

Cheers to Jerry and his damaged liver.

Williams Blade Design collaborates with may different quality blade manufacturers. I would love to see a Busse/Williams Blade Design collaboration similar to the Forsaken Kensei. I figure both parties might not be interested but I can hope. Give the blade the anorexic treatment to make it light and fast. Might not be good for chopping trees but it would still be a effective cutter. Just a idea.
