Unless you have BEHEMOTH sized hands, Don't think it will, though think I have heard you say ASH'S back guard has hurt your hands also(maybe mistaken there). I always have a tight grip when chopping so nothing really gets banged into hand. I can see how people could have problems with ASH handles if lose your grip alot, but i havent had that happen. Feel same with talon and it could be even worse than ASH for you. Will use dguard soon and report back with comfortability/performance. Since my DT ain't selling might take that out as well. Compare em.
 
My only fear is from the ASH-2. I cut green stuff with a smile, then I bit into some hardwood and it sucked fast. Hopefully I won't have those problems with the DT BG Mistress. Fortunately, if it sucks for me I'm sure there are people with different mitt sizes that it'll work for.

I definitely use a soft grip when I'm chopping, I want to let the blade do the work.
 
On the plus side, I chanced into a bronze CG FBM and I can't even remember what pinky bite is.

I sent in an email asking about one....if anyone backed out. Never got a reply. But I also put Lexi's name in it so not sure if they read it or not. Didn't know she was gone till after I sent the mail.

Hopefully I can snag an unwanted one.
 
My understanding is Shaley is handling these now-Any e-mail sent to Lexi will get reviewed and hopefully answered, don't think too many people backed out of this one-Good luck!!

I'm pullin for ya man! But I think Tommy is right.. I would be surprised if anyone backed out, they had longer than expected to have funds ready..and so much buzz was generated since its 3 day availability in January that the "wanted" list for canceled orders is likely to be LONG..hopefully the will receive release it..I know Jerry listens to people one here if enough people ask for it..I bet a wtf re release would be an easy one to get people to stand behind...I'd be in for a BG or another CS

Here is an idea... to end o2w, Jerry could have a poll.. it could be for 1 of the knife designs offered in o2w that people want a chance at most...if one blade stands out..he could re offer it for a very limited run... I bet it would be the War Train..

Battle Grade. Almost ready for battle! Just want some kinda leather sheath for this beast. Nothing fancy, it's gonna do work. Any ideas or suggestions?

Mark at Condos Leather is my go to for leather. He's made three for me that are just stunning. I'm going to have him do some sort of piggy back sheath for the War Train Fusion and the smaller War Train Handcar.

Exactly what happened when I got my Moab. Glad I had no takers. I'm getting used to its size and really want to get it out and use it. :thumbup:
