This special edition "Mountain Duty" features a non-glare, stone washed finish with tan canvas handles.

The Mountain Duty will not be offered again to the public in this particular configuration for a minimum of at least 3 years.

The robust "Mountain Duty" sports a slightly thicker blade (.190") than the Radio Active Duty (.155") while maintaining a very thin cutting edge.

mil overrun... So these knives were excess from a .mil contract?

Is there a NSN?

What is the history of this knife, inquiring minds and all :)

Mountain duty 10th MTN ?

Or is it "mill" overrun, as in the mill that makes knifes made too many ?
