Busse Tattoo?

Last Visible Canary - awesome pics on the facebook link! I'd like to see how the "fixed" name carving turned out.

---

Despite my failure though, I always find scarification tats very appealing! Especially when the keloids turn out scary-big!

the heavy keloid scars look cool (when they reach almost 1/2" thick), but I've never found scar tissue to feel all that great. I've got scar tissue from piercings that still hurt like crazy any time it gets cold.

it's just a set of razor lines, so you can't see it with how hairy I am. If I have my arm shaved, it looks like a set of razor thin boxes. which is basically all I wanted to achieve. skin heals up pretty good when its just a straight cut like that. in order to have something truly visible, you need to remove (or damage) a strip of skin, at least 1/8" wide. anything less then that tends to heal up small and is easily lost in body hair (if you have it).

I'm not ashamed of it, though it was a stupid thing to do. it represents what was.

the skull and cross bones is just funny and childish. I laugh thinking of it, which is not a bad thing. I'm glad its not a tattoo, and that it blends in well. it's a hidden memory, that you can't see at a glance. I like the skull and cross bones, its just much to generic of a symbol. my one rule for tattoo's is that it either has to be classical art, or it has to be be drawn/created by me. something that can't be recreated without a direct copy. so, no go on skull and crossbones tat's for me.

Could we have a moment of silence while Afterhours walks the plank, please. You know, outta respect. :p

Thanks Eric.

Back to the regularly scheduled program...

But before we do, I'd like to thank everyone who pushed this one over the edge. Troll baiting may border on immature at times, but I feel like it's a necessary community service.

How about some tattoo pics from those who have them?

He can't hear you... He's been banned... Walked the plank yesterday evening. ...And NO, that definitely does not make you one.
Don't pay him another thought. He isn't worth the time.

Nice tattoo idea, Heavy!

sorry about that Heavy..didnt mean to steal any thunder. i like the INFI one too..and maybe when your at the beach or something people will ask you what it means and you can explain it too them, sort of like a marketing scheme

I`ve seen some great things posted here tonight. Back in the days before INFI, when we only had 3 models in the standard line, I tried drawing up a pick to have airbrushed onto a leather coat....but never got around to it.

I had the idea of a Birdsbeak Heart II cutting it`s way out of a chest, kind of cleaving it`s way through the ribcage, with the words "Heart Attack" and the company name done in Banners above and below the pic.

That is just BadA$$! What a cool idea. I'm not a skilled enough artist to put that one together, but now I have to find someone who is.:thumbup:

Well...Afterhours has been banned...

Pffft. More like its 8:21 AM where I am at ...and in celebration in seeing such an idjit ejected...I'm going to have a Fat Tire for breakfast. :D

No REaLLy.

Some GREAT art work being presented here. The piece with the little porker in the tophat is an excellent example of the sheer art form tattoo'n is today. Not to suggest it was any less in years prior, simply that the technique, ink and work has advanced far beyond what I'm sure most would have imagined.

I have 4 tattoos currently. One done in California, two in Cuba (lived there for a year) and one in Haifa, Israel.

One on each shoulder (Japanese dragon left...a man chained to a podium on the right), a Japanese chest mural that covers my left pc and a sun on my upper back or left shoulder blade. Sorry no pics.....my tattoos are very personal to me. I'm presently working with Cat Tattoo here in Dallas on creating an entire wrap around behind the dragon over the shoulder connecting the Japanese mural on my pec.

Having tattoos does not make one a scumbag anymore then having a white collar job, wearing a tie every day and a clean cut haircut make a man a person of good morals and impeccable character.

I am an Information Security expert for a 2.3 billion dollar company, work from home 90% of the time make well over 6 figures. If finding reverence and meaning in the art that I choose to adorn my body makes me a scumbag in someones eye....so be it.

Bigotry and intolerance has no place in American.

Cheers!! (lifts a Fat Tire)

I think some variation of this would look great as a tattoo.

Mike (Mymindisamob) did this one a while ago and I saved it.

Maybe in different colors or something to make it stand out more?

I like that it has the Nuclear warning, Busse Combat, a Hog and also incorporates a Busse Knife into it as well.
Very cool.
