Buyers/Sellers: USPS delays

The delays started well before the fires and you probably didn't see it if you watch Trump TV but The new postal master also was caught ripping drop boxes out of the ground in Oregon and elsewhere along with closing USPS processing centers and when ask noted they were scheduled for closing before he came on the job and if you believe that you will probably believe that Trump is a great president which is partially true if you confine the question it to his rich friends.

Please do not discuss politics outside of the appropriate subforum set aside for such discussion.

I didn't want my comment to get lost in the shuffle.

If you use USPS regularly and want easy access to tracked first class (and other classes as well), this is the best solution I've found.

The company's name is: PIRATE SHIP

It's really awesome.

Is the best online shipping service I've ever seen or used. They partner with Pitney Bowles.

Thanks for bringing my attention to your posts so I could remove the active links, solicitation not being allowed per Exchange rules 5.3.

LOL, you think it is my business? I wish it was!

It doesn't matter if you're involved in any way or not, posting active links to businesses you're promoting that don't actively support Bladeforums with a Dealer membership (or active manufacturer subforum) is considering soliciting in the forum rules and is thus not allowed.

I bought a knife from Stanley Buzek Monday morning and it will be delivered this (Wednesday) morning...so, no problems from Texas to Kentucky...

I am, though, avoiding buying anything from out of the country...

I also have not noticed any slower mail delivery. I think a lot has to do with your location and what hubs are used. Recently mailed 4 packages priority flat rate. All were left my post office in western PA around 5 pm on Monday. Three went to Texas and one to Washington state. All were delivered today. So, less than 48 hours delivery time.

I'm with the guys urging us to consider, frankly, how amazing it is that we can pay so little to have a package or letter hand-delivered across the country. The history of what it took to get documents delivered prior to modern transportation is rather amazing and it was VERY expensive.

And as for my more recent experiences, I mailed a package to a guy in the LA area from my area of the country (St. Louis, Missouri) and it got there in three days via US Priority Mail
