I know, scary, eh?
I hear ya. Bladite was the one that frequented the most, but mostly later in the evening.Nope. Makes perfect sense. Moose, Derek, and I have been pretty MIA because of work and life.
I haven't been as cold turkey as one break that lasted a solid year-and-a-half, but....
I have been busy with stuff that matters more to my family and my livelihood.
I peek in now and again, but I don't post as much. Any free time I've gotten, I've devoted to ropes, caving, and rope rescue work.
It'll let up at some point, and I'll be around more often. Inanimate pig riding contest is upcoming soon!

I'm just drooling over the dark blue Para2.
S110V?
Mines M390, but the blue was so bright I went with German black micarta.
unfortunately, there's not a lot of news lately, so "slow going"...
Thanks man.Drove about 12 hours from home to see this eclipse thing. The car parked next to us in the hotel parking lot is from the town fifteen minutes up the road from my house. What are the odds?
Glad your boy is OK Warrior.
This place is pretty much self governing. Some good people on this forum.trying to keep my hand in, but also work and life, and stuff... fortunately, there's other mods for serious things, and generally the place is well behaved, and unfortunately, there's not a lot of news lately, so "slow going"...
though, if i were to stop any and all action, i'd be polite and let Ethan and the others know, so slack could be handled. don't just walk away. that's rude, eh?![]()
Congrats! What up fellas, my baby will be born soon and she'll be taking up most of my time. I'm excited! I have a few blades in the works and I just finished up a few kukri, "those on facebook have seen them."
I do too. I wish he'd come back more regularly. I understand how it is with kids growing up though.I miss Moose. He is the king of juicing the forum and really had this place cooking for a while.
I have gotten really good at gin and tonics, so I haven't been wasting all my time.

Developing new skills – I like it!
I've also gotten a little bit better at sticking to muddy surfaces. Approach to Surprise Pit. That's roughly a 400' drop to the right.

Dropping into the black void. We rigged at the 404' bolts. Free rappel all the way.
With all the mist in the air, there was only about 15' of visibility. The frog back up and the edge transition were not cake and ice cream.
