Camillus had the touch, when needed! R.I.P.

Nice old jackknife! My favorite was always the Remington line! This is my last remaining since the culling before I moved out here to TX.....

WAYNORTH...i have exactly the same knife as yours (easy open jack?)...my one has definitely had some use,but locks open, half and closed better than some of my new knives..Blades are perfectly centered too....i really like this knife,it feels good!!!........FES

A very cool swell center with saber ground master with matchstriker pulls all swedged out with a coping and pen blade.

Really pretty knife. Some of my favorite knives were made by Camillus. I just got a few Camco knives I need to post. Been really busy.

That EO is sweet...making me look forward to the forum knife. :)

Wow! The posts, comments and knives shown are just great! Thank you all for contributing!!
Nice plier knife, Jake!
Great Buck, David!!
If you are going to keep only one, that's it Peter!
Way cool swell Center Gus!! How's the snap on those OVBs??:D

That's a beautiful EO Charlie. I really like the bone on it. The only Camillus that I have is a swell center similar to the one Gus posted. It's a BSA knife and the master blade is flat ground, but otherwise looks to be made from the same pattern. It was sold as a whittler, but obviously the blade configuration is not right for that.

The pull on these blades is very smooth and they all have a solid snap when opening. If this sample is any indication of their overall quality, they sure as heck knew how to make a good knife.

Here are my only Camilli - one A.G. Russell, one Cold Steel, and the last an "actual" Camillus.

Sometimes I think there is nothing better than a yellow slabbed Camillus pocket knife.
They sharpen up real nice and feel great in the hand.
