Can you guess what this is?

this is a material i have been using for a few years now, i have sold some in my store too. In my opinion it is nicer than musk ox horn, the only draw back is that it is thin-walled. Everyone that takes a guess will be in a drawing to win one of these sets of scales. The rest will be going on knives i am taking to atlanta. I don't have any of this material for sale at this time but i will post some later. Here are some clues, you almost never see it, all the color and texture is natural except that the bottom set has been heat colored, they have been steamed and flattened, and they have been sanded and polished. We've got some sharp people here, let's see who gets it.

My first guess is icelandic sheep.
#2 rock mountain sheep
#3 dall sheep
#4 domestic sheep
 
Looks kinda like Scimitar Horned Oryx, but it wouldn't be that anyways...I think they're an endangered animal.:(

If there is oryx that aren't endangered, then I still say it's oryx.
