Can you help rename this knife? (pictured)

"Partner" and "Option" are both WAY better than what I had earlier.

"K9" also works.
"SWAT" tried but true
"SRT" more of a military police flavour

Still slow at work....

I like the more recent of C Rushing's ideas. If your best seller is the Patrolman, and you're selling predominantly to cops, why not name it something like "Detective" or "Sargeant" or "Captain". It reminds me of the "Detective Special" snub-nosed revolver that Colt makes. Something small, unobtrusive, easily concealed, and potentially packs a wallop.

That knife is definitely a "Defender". That name will fit right in to your target market. And along with BOHICA, you forgot to mention RIGIE, they go together...BOHICA RIGIE

Mr. Griffith,

I visited your website to check some of your
other designs.Several of them are very pleasing to my eyes.I can see why the Patrolman is a good seller.I think that you
should stick to the LEO theme.
You have two unnamed knives on your site.
The one pictured above is larger than the
Patrolman. You could name it the Marshall.
The other unnamed knife is smaller than
the Patrolman. You could name it the Deputy.

How about "Ranger", "Scout", or "Pathfinder." Good names with military meaning.

Or for more public appeal there's always:

"Tactical Vein Slashing Death Shiv" Mark 666

Lynn,

GHOST HUNTER.......sort of rolls of the lips......GHOST HUNTER......

Im not kidding, it does!!! Makes a statement but not overwhelming.......

If you pick this name, I will buy one!!!
Hell, that's a cool looking knife, I'll buy one anyway!!!!

"Nightbeat"

Gawd I'm good! What's my prize?

How about "Trophy" or "Warden"? Something more hunting-related.

I really dig this one, by the way. That sort of "simplicity" only comes from a lot of good thinking. "Purity" would probably be a better term.

How about "Hot Stand-by"? it's an aviation term for aircraft and crews that means ready to move in a moments notice.

Mr. Grififth, if you don't hesitate to use some Japanese to give your knife a "tactical" atmosphere like some of current knives for same purpose take...
Some too long, some oddly sounding, but I hope they make some food for thinking.

Aibo...a good, trustworthy, and intimate partner, (Sony's robot pet took this name already)
Kiba...fang
Haja...evil breaking
Shioki...punish/punishment
Seibai...defeat enemy
