I haven't heard a word from SPX. If you have any doubts who you are screwing with. Go ahead.

i can afford them but i too think they are something like beenie babies or swatch watches somewhere down the future they will have no value at all i have alot of value knifes guns and watches and i do put pewter skulls that cost $25 range on some but i just don't get the $175 for a bead but then some people don't get why i pay $1500 for a knife or $6000 for a rolex or even $5000 for a gun the difference is that you'll get your money back come close or even make money on your investment but hey to each his own if you have spend it

Sounds like we should go bowling some time;)

Resale value has a lot to do with it. Some might even consider (wrongly) that our madness is an investment of sorts. Sure, in 10 years I could flip my Sea Dweller and probably get more than the $6400 I paid for it. The problem is I will be getting nothing back that holds real value, unless I trade it for gold. At least a Rolex is a Rolex and has real value in itself. Same with a handground Microtech or Wildey pistol.

Another thing to consider is that some people here live relatively frugal lives and only splurge on knives/guns/gear, myself included.

The bottom line is and always has been... the value of a thing is only what a person will pay for it.

Wait was AR fan claiming to be that person who invented the internet?

That's why he had the money for beads.:D
I don't see the point in spending any money on decorative beads, but if others wish to, it doesn't affect me.
I won't judge them for the ridiculous waste of their money.:p
Spend what you have on what you want to have; simple as that.

Like I can understand people spending money on those beads. Like my mother makes necklaces and stuff so she has a ton of that stuff and she most likely has some very pricey beads. I just think people should spend their money as they see fit. I probally should not spend all mine on knives but thats not stoping me :D:D:D

I'm too practical for this type of stuff. I can't help but think about all the other stuff I could buy with that money.

But people buy what they buy and if they feel as though it's worth it to them, go for it.

Wow, apparently some people take people not understanding why other people buy beads extremely seriously.
