I can understand dropping $$$ on something that you like. I buy all sorts of old historical crap related to my profession that most people think is worthless, but I love. Whatever floats your boat. I don't understand those particular beads themselves, however. They are so obviously a ripoff of Iron Maiden's Eddy mascot that I can hardly take them seriously from an artistic/creative perspective. If I put a piece of tracing paper over an Iron Maiden poster and said, "Look at this kick ass drawing!" it'd be about the same, in my opinion. They just don't seem original to me, so they don't excite me in the least, from an artistic perspective.
