If you take a look at the article link I posted they discuss some of the limitations of Canola.

I did. Looks like lots of great information. Who knew about the Grossman Quench Severity Factor? :)

I like how it began:

In general, I tend to prefer using natural products over synthetic man-made products whenever possible,… real diamonds over cubic zirconium, ivory over micarta, shellac over polyurethane, wood over plastic, cotton over nylon etc.

You could argue that cubic zirconium is more “perfect” than real diamond,… but I’d still rather have/use the real deal. :)
