I can tell you from bitter experience that Bladite is right about the parts quality. I had the bumper (and other supporting hardware) of my Toyota 4X2 replaced by the insurance company of the guy who rear-ended me once, with parts that were "just as good as the high-priced Toyota part." Within 18 months it was a rusty POS, and within 4 years it was falling apart. The original "high priced" Toyota front bumper looked as new as when I bought it when I sold it 12 years later...
