What's wrong with England and especially Wales? (No offence to my English brethren). Harlech, cyfod dy faneri!

But yes, we're all human. And "when Adam delved and Eve span, who was then the gentleman?"
Nothing wrong. My test put me at only 2% "England, Wales, and Northwestern Europe"! Would have thought it would be more since my mother's maiden name is Wilmot.

Ya, my house is only about 1500 sq ft and it cost me about 10X your house. I'm sure waverave waverave can easily top that in the area he lives in. The nice part is that it's an investment towards retirement when we move out of this state. :D
Pretty much $1M for any house in this area. A beat up 800 sq ft tear down on a .2 acre lot sold nearby recently for $1.2M.
And Sunnyvale is the cheaper city in this area. Its insanity. And I can tell you it is not folks who are from here that are buying these homes.

I built the house I did live in in 1991 1568 sq ft on a full basement for $54,000. Now I did do all the the labor but still you sure couldn't buy the materials for that amount today.

I'll bet Randy. Things sure have changed :)
A few more years and I am outta this area though...heading for the mountains or out of state altogether. I've endured the madness of Silicon Valley for far too long and dream of more space, less traffic and cheaper homes :thumbsup::thumbsup:

The escalating home pricing has been happening in the Greenville area for the last five years, especially in the 05 (zip code).

That's a great house. I used to love driving around Susanville and having my dad show us the houses that he and his father built.

Amen! Loomis used to be a small town away from all the hustle and bustle of Sacramento, and while my town is still small everything around it is getting crowded and the freeways are a nightmare.

I've never seen a Kutmaster Girl Scout let go like this.

Or such bad cel damage (probably the second worst I've ever seen) do so little knife damage:

The intact GS is one I had, for comparison's sake.
:( That's a bummer. I'm a little curious, is the Girl Scouts emblem a separate piece that you can pop out of the scale, or is it breaking down, too?
Now I'm nervous about mine. I always assumed it was acrylic/plastic and not celluloid.

I had two of those GS knives with the clear-coated handles that went south!!:(
