Mine looked about like that last night. Ashes galore and needed to sleep with the windows closed due to the reek of smoke, even though it was cool last night.

On a lighter note...
I often get a chuckle when I read knife descriptions on eBay.
For instance, today I saw an obvious Trapper described as a Half-Canoe.

My thoughts and prayers to all those in the areas affected by the fires. Please be safe out there! The meteorologist on my morning station was showing how the smoke from the western fires were actually affecting our air quality here in SE Tennessee. The smoke is actually changing the colors we see in our sunrise.

A bit of good news (which seems to be in short supply this year), my wife was finally called back to work this week after nearly six months on furlough due to the pandemic.
