A few years ago their Barlows were up to a hundred. I would expect that gunstock with rat tail bolster to be even higher.Looks expensive.
It will be cool if they're going to revive some old patterns.A few years ago their Barlows were from 60GBP and up to 90GBP. I would expect that gunstock with rat tail bolster to be +100GBP.
Here's some comments:I don't think any comments needed here.
Thread 'What’s going on in Sheffield?' https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/what’s-going-on-in-sheffield.1949017/Nice to see any new or old manufacturer reviving traditional knife patterns.
As penance I sentence myself to the entire 2nd series of 'Keeping Up Appearances'.
Seems like an invasion of non-traditional knife people that will disappear, no doubt, when the knives are gone. But I'm just a cynical grumpy ol' git.Crazy couple of days here on the Porch. Anybody else feel like Rip Van Winkle? The place is almost unrecognizable.
Indeed, it’s time for them to GET OFF OUR LAWNSeems like an invasion of non-traditional knife people that will disappear, no doubt, when the knives are gone. But I'm just a cynical grumpy ol' git.
This guy seems genuine, though. He sure picked a bad day to make his first postIndeed, it’s time for them to GET OFF OUR LAWN![]()
Hello, I am looking for help getting info regarding model and possible time of make for an Case hunting knife my grandfather gave me. One of my uncles had taken it and hidden it in a neighbors garage 30 years prior and he found it while helping the neighbor clean out their garage. My grandfather wanted me to have it and we spent hours cleaning it up and putting an edge back on it. I am just hoping to find some more info regarding it. According to my grandfather he bought it at Montgomery Wards in Hawaii in 1941 just before the attack on pearl harbor.
Wow! I absolutely love the handle
My job is advertising for all the "seasonal shots", even provided paid time off to get them...For those who prefer the subtle approach...

(At my daughter's Walgreens south of Denver.)
I was mistaken for a circus worker once. My wife and I went to dinner with an old friend of mine from Austin. His appearance is somewhat unkempt (sometimes he is mistaken for a homeless person). Well, at the restaurant, my wife leaves to "powder her nose" or something, so my friend and I were seated at a booth. The waitress comes over and says: "Y'all must be with the circus!" (There was a circus in town nearby). I think we just said "Yeah." But she wouldn't have said that if my wife was with us!I always enjoy the few weeks when the circus comes to town. Shakes things up a bit, and then it all goes back to normal for another year.![]()
